Alpha® Flexible Backer Pads conform to tough contours, inside curves, tight corners, and other shaped surfaces. Unlike a rigid polishing plate, the flexible construction follows the workpiece to support controlled contact in areas that are difficult to polish with a flat backing surface.
The hook-and-loop face accepts compatible polishing pads, sandpaper, and felt wheels for a variety of finishing applications. This versatile polishing backing pad allows accessories to be attached and changed without requiring a separate backer for each surface-finishing process.
