Product Information
Alpha® Ceramica Buff is a wet granite final polishing disc used after the standard polishing sequence to produce a deeper, higher-gloss finish. The flexible heat-compressed disc combines tin oxide and aluminum oxide powders with natural fiber, providing the final polishing action without requiring chemical polishing compounds.
Black Ceramica Buff discs are intended for dark stone, including black granites such as Black Pearl, while White Ceramica Buff discs are intended for light-colored stone. For an especially high-gloss finish, the Black and White Buff discs can be used sequentially where appropriate.
Unlike the standard Ceramica polishing sequence, Ceramica Buff requires only a small amount of water during final polishing. The discs feature a hook-and-loop backing for use with popular hand-held wet polishers and operate at a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM.
Ceramica Buff is available in 3", 4", and 5" diameters with Black and White options in each size. The range gives stone fabricators, tile contractors, and monumentalists a final polishing option for different hand-held wet polishing setups while maintaining the same buffing system across sizes.
