Product Information
Alpha® Ceramica EX 4" wet polishing pads are formulated for engineered stone, quartz surfaces, granite, marble, terrazzo, porcelain tile, and porcelain slab. Their diamond and bond formula produces a high-quality shine across natural and manufactured materials, giving fabricators one polishing system for a broad range of hand-polishing applications.
The flexible polishing discs conform to inside corners, curved edges, and tight radiuses that can be difficult to polish with rigid systems. For especially tight curves, Alpha recommends pairing the pads with its 2" Flexible Hook & Loop Backer Pad.
Ceramica EX polishing pads work on challenging materials, including engineered stone and hard-to-polish black and green marble. These natural stone polishing pads also handle granite, marble, terrazzo, quartz surfaces, and porcelain while maintaining the flexibility needed for detailed fabrication work.
The 4" polishing discs use hook-and-loop backing and are available in 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 grits. The EX40KIT includes one disc in each grit for a complete progression. Ceramica EX pads are designed for low-speed center-water-feed hand polishers, with a recommended operating range of 2,000 to 2,500 RPM and a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM.

The 4" pads use hook-and-loop backing for attachment to a compatible backer pad and quick changes between grits.
