Wet Polishing Discs for Natural and Engineered Stone
Alpha® Ceramica EX polishing discs are formulated for wet polishing natural stone, engineered stone, quartz surfaces, marble, terrazzo, porcelain tile, and porcelain slab. Developed as the next generation of Alpha's original Ceramica polishing discs, the diamond and bond formula is designed to produce a high-quality shine across a broad range of stone and surfacing materials.
Flexible Polishing for Corners and Tight Radiuses
Ceramica EX discs are extremely flexible, allowing them to conform to inside corners, curved edges, and tight radiuses where rigid polishing systems can be difficult to use. For particularly tight curves, Alpha recommends pairing the discs with a 2" Flexible Hook & Loop Backer Pad.
Polishing Performance on Difficult Materials
The Ceramica EX formula works on challenging materials including engineered stone and hard-to-polish black and green marble. The discs polish quickly while providing the durability needed for repeated fabrication work, allowing one polishing system to cover a wide range of natural and manufactured surfaces.
4" Hook & Loop Grit Options
The 4" Ceramica EX discs use a hook and loop attachment and have a maximum operating speed of 4,000 RPM. Individual discs are available in 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 grits, with a kit option containing one disc of each grit for a complete polishing progression.
