How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through the Tile This website. We do not accept phone orders or purchase orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Tile This accepts major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported checkout methods shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact Tile This as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders received by 2PM CST Monday through Saturday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays, or on holidays ship on the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view order details and shipping updates.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Review shipping options at checkout or contact Tile This with questions before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Are all products returnable?
No. Personalized items, special-order items, and some manufacturer-shipped items are not eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A prepaid return label may be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.

You can apply through the contractor pricing form on the Tile This website. Applications are reviewed before contractor pricing is enabled.
How does contractor pricing work?
Approved contractor accounts receive tiered discounts based on rolling 365-day spend levels.
When will contractor pricing be activated?
After your application is reviewed and approved, contractor pricing will be enabled on your account.
