- Shipping Methods: Rates vary by weight, method, and location—visible during checkout.
- Destinations: Currently shipping to the continental U.S. only.
- Delivery Times: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days.
- Tracking: Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping Delays: Weather, carrier issues, or holidays may cause delays—we appreciate your patience.
- Address Accuracy: Please verify your address before completing your order. Tile This, LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Tile This, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered, please contact your local carrier for further assistance.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
If you're not satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery—subject to these conditions:
- Item Condition: Unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Exclusions: No returns on personalized, special order, or manufacturer-shipped items.
- Restocking Fee: May apply depending on item condition, deducted from refund.
Return Grading & Refund Breakdown
Grade | Condition | Refund |

Grade A | No sign of use and in original unopened/undamaged packaging | Full refund - No restock fee |
Grade B | Undamaged and unused, but package has been opened/damaged | Refund - 15% restock fee |
Grade C | Undamaged but shows signs of use. Package is opened/damaged | Refund - 25% restock fee |
Grade D | Undamaged but missing parts or shows signs of use | Refund - 50% restock fee |
Grade F | Damaged/destroyed/used beyond repair | No Refund |
How to Initiate a Return
- Desktop: Log in at tilethis.com → Account → Locate order → Request Return.
- Mobile: Scroll to footer → My Account → Locate order → Request Return.
Once submitted, you'll receive approval status by email. Approved returns get a prepaid label and instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense; the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Refunds are processed 1-2 business days after receipt. Amount may be adjusted for restocking fees or shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
