  • Tracking: Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.
  • Shipping Delays: Weather, carrier issues, and holidays may affect delivery times.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details before placing an order.

Important: Tile This, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier and later reported lost or stolen.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Exclusions: Personalized, special order, and manufacturer-shipped items are not eligible for return.
  • Restocking Fees: Refund amounts may be reduced based on the condition of the returned item.

Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A prepaid return label may be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return Grading & Refund Breakdown

Grade Condition Refund
Grade A No sign of use and in original unopened or undamaged packaging Full refund with no restocking fee
Grade B Unused and undamaged, but packaging has been opened or damaged Refund minus 15% restocking fee
Grade C Undamaged but shows signs of use and packaging is opened or damaged Refund minus 25% restocking fee
Grade D Undamaged but missing parts or showing clear signs of use Refund minus 50% restocking fee
Grade F Damaged, destroyed, or used beyond repair No refund

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Desktop: Log in at tilethis.com, open your account, locate the order, and request a return.
  2. Mobile: Go to the footer, select Order Status, log in, locate the order, and request a return.
  3. After Submission: You will receive an email with approval status and return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the return is received and inspected. Final refund amounts may be adjusted for restocking fees or return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us right away with photos and your order details so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
