- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details before placing an order.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Exclusions: Personalized, special order, and manufacturer-shipped items are not eligible for return.
- Restocking Fees: Refund amounts may be reduced based on the condition of the returned item.
Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A prepaid return label may be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.

How to Initiate a Return
- Desktop: Log in at tilethis.com, open your account, locate the order, and request a return.
- Mobile: Go to the footer, select Order Status, log in, locate the order, and request a return.
- After Submission: You will receive an email with approval status and return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the return is received and inspected. Final refund amounts may be adjusted for restocking fees or return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us right away with photos and your order details so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
