Wet & Dry Polishing Pads
Wet polishing pads are designed for compatible water-fed polishing processes, while dry polishing pads allow surface and edge refinement without water. Suitable materials, operating speeds, grit sequences, and resulting finishes vary according to the pad system.
Diamond Polishing Pads
Diamond polishing pads are available in resin bond, vitrified, and other constructions for progressive refinement of compatible stone, porcelain, concrete, and engineered materials. Different grit levels remove progressively finer surface imperfections as the polishing process advances toward the desired finish.
Buffing Pads & Hand Polishing Pads
Buffing pads are used for compatible final-stage finishing, while diamond hand pads provide manual control for edges, corners, touch-ups, and areas that are difficult to reach with powered equipment.
Choosing the Right Polishing Pads
Choose polishing pads according to the material, starting surface condition, desired finish, wet or dry polishing method, required grit progression, pad diameter, and attachment system. Pads should also be matched to the polisher or grinder's operating speed and compatible backer pad.
