Product Information
Alpha® Ceramica Dry polishing pads are formulated for dry polishing natural stone and cement-based composites, including concrete and terrazzo. The grit sequence progresses from 60 through 3000 grit to support surface refinement through the final polishing stages without requiring water.
Ceramica Dry uses a manufacturing process that creates a thicker diamond layer than typical dry resin pads. The increased diamond layer is designed to improve polishing results while extending pad life across natural stone and cement-based composite applications.
Each 4" polishing pad uses a hook and loop backing for quick changes between grit stages and is designed for use with Alpha® Backer Pads. The pads can be used with compatible sanders and polishers, including popular hand-held wet polishers when performing dry polishing applications.
The 4" Ceramica Dry series is available individually in 60, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 grits, with each grit color coded for identification. The CD40KIT provides one pad of each grit for a complete six-step polishing sequence.
