Waterproofing band is used with compatible membrane systems to treat seams, joints, and transitions between waterproof surfaces. Common applications include wall-to-floor transitions, adjoining walls, membrane seams, and connections to other shower components. Required overlap, bonding materials, and installation methods depend on the specific waterproofing system.

Preformed waterproofing corners are shaped for locations where waterproof surfaces intersect and can simplify treatment of complex changes in plane. Inside and outside versions are used for different corner configurations around shower walls, floors, curbs, benches, and other components. They should be compatible with the surrounding membrane system.

Pipe seals help maintain waterproofing continuity where shower arms, supply lines, and other pipes penetrate a waterproofed wall. The seal integrates the penetration with a compatible membrane while allowing the pipe to pass through the assembly. Select the seal according to the pipe dimensions and waterproofing system requirements.

A mixing valve seal provides a waterproofing detail around the larger wall opening required for a compatible shower valve or control. It integrates with the surrounding membrane behind the finished trim. Valve opening size, seal dimensions, membrane compatibility, and installation method should be verified before installation.
