Alpha® Contour Diamond Blades are developed for hand curve cutting in porcelain, crystallized glass, and sintered slabs, including sink cutouts in 3 cm materials. Their cutting design addresses the chipping and fracture risks associated with hard, dense, homogeneous slabs.

Curved Cutting Blades with a Wider Kerf

The wider 4.0 mm kerf helps these curved cutting blades move through shaped openings with greater maneuverability. This supports clean, controlled cuts while reducing chipping and damage around sink rims and other curved areas.

Segmented Blades with Undercut Protection

Direct-sintered diamond segments on both sides of the steel cores remove material while creating the wider cutting path. The side protection segments also help prevent undercutting during curved cuts.

Wet Cutting for Dense Slab Materials

The blades are available in 4", 4-1/2", and 5" diameters with 7/8" arbors for compatible wet/dry stone cutters. Although the blades support wet or dry operation, Alpha specifies wet cutting when working with porcelain, crystallized glass, and sintered slabs.
