About This Product

Mini Pneumatic Polisher for Tight Areas

The Alpha® AIR-300 and AIR-304 are compact polishing tools for wet sanding and polishing in areas that conventional equipment cannot easily reach. Their smaller bodies maneuver around sink rims, bowls, and confined fabrication areas, while the 1.6 lb weight reduces fatigue during extended use. The compact format also makes either model a practical pneumatic buffer for detailed stonework.

Central Water Feed for Wet Polishing

A central water-feed system supplies water directly to the work area. Both models operate at a maximum no-load speed of 5,800 RPM and accept 3" and 4" polishing discs along with 2", 3", and 4" rubber pads. With the appropriate rated accessory, each tool can serve as a wet sander or polisher for detailed fabrication work.

Pneumatic Air and Water Requirements

Each polisher consumes 10 CFM at 87 PSI and requires a minimum 3 HP air compressor. A 1/4" BSPT air inlet and 1/4" BSPP water inlet support the necessary connections, while the compact design allows the tool to transition between fabrication shops and jobsite applications.

Spindle Options and Included Equipment

The AIR-300 has a 5/8"-11 spindle, while the AIR-304 has an M14-2 spindle. Each pneumatic polisher includes a 30 ft air/water twin hose assembly, faucet and garden-hose adapter, 17mm wrench, 1 oz of rust inhibitor oil, and a reusable stackable toolbox.
