This product will lengthen the time between needed cleaning.

I primarily use this product to lengthen the time between driveway pressure cleaning. I have found that mold build up is delayed so that I only have to clean the driveway every other year. If I don’t use the product you can see the stripes left by the pressure washer wand. These show up within weeks of cleaning.

Did not scare the mold at all

I used this product to arrest the growth of mold on my trex deck. After a thorough drenching I waited a few days hoping the wind and passing showers would lift and carry away dead mold. I was disappointed to see no obvious results from the application. I cannot recommend.

This Works!!!

Every year I get this green stuff on my siding on the front of my home where I don't get sun & I have to get the ladder out & scrub it off with a brush & bleach. I decided to try this "Jomax" as it was at a great price....It Works!!! In less than 24 hours the green was Gone!!! I sprayed it on with a multi-purpose pump sprayer saturating the siding & that was it! No scrubbing!!! Highly Recommend!!!
