Product Information
The Alpha® Profiler V-Series is designed to create professional full bullnose edge profiles on granite, engineered stone, concrete, porcelain, crystallized glass, marble, and limestone. Available for material thicknesses from 3/4" (2cm) through 2-3/8" (6cm), the V-Series gives fabricators profiling options for a wide range of slabs and pavers.
Natural and manufactured slabs do not always match their specified thickness exactly, which can create problems when joining multiple pieces for countertops and other fabricated surfaces. The V-Series creates the bullnose profile without requiring thicker slabs to be calibrated to match adjoining pieces, reducing a time-consuming step when working with material thickness variations.
A nylon guide and rotary touchier help maintain uniform edges throughout the profiling process. Each wheel features a 5/8"-11 female thread with internal water passage holes and fits popular water-fed polishers, including the Alpha AWP-158 and VSP-320 wet polishers.

Common Questions
The Profiler V-Series creates a full bullnose, or rounded, edge profile. Sizes are available for material thicknesses from 3/4" (2cm) through 2-3/8" (6cm).
The V-Series can be used on granite, engineered stone, concrete, porcelain, crystallized glass, marble, and limestone. Alpha specifically recommends the listed models for granite, quartz/engineered stone, concrete, and porcelain.
The V-Series is designed to accommodate variations in slab thickness and eliminate the time-consuming calibration process normally required when preparing seamed pieces of differing thicknesses.
The profiling wheels have a 5/8"-11 female thread and are designed for popular water-fed polishers, including the Alpha AWP-158 and VSP-320 wet polishers.
A nylon guide and rotary touchier help guide the profiling wheel along the material and maintain a uniform edge during profiling.
The PFV201, PFV301, and PFV401 have a maximum speed of 3,500 RPM. The larger PFV501 and PFV601 models have a maximum speed of 6,000 RPM.
