The Alpha® Profiler B-Series is a wet-cutting profiling wheel for creating consistent demi-bullnose and roundover edge treatments on tile, slabs, and hardscape materials. Available in 3/16", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" profile sizes, the B-Series gives tile contractors and fabricators multiple options for producing rounded finished edges.
Vacuum-brazed diamond technology allows the profiling wheel to work on granite, engineered stone, concrete, crystallized glass, porcelain slabs, and porcelain pavers. The diamond selection is suited for harder materials, making the wheel useful for both tile installation and slab fabrication work.
A nylon guide travels along the material surface while the rotary touchier controls cutting depth, helping maintain a consistent profile throughout the edge. This guided design simplifies roundover work and reduces the skill required to produce an even demi-bullnose profile.
The Profiler B-Series uses a 5/8"-11 female thread with internal water passage holes for wet profiling. It fits Alpha AIR-680, AWP-158, VSP-320, and other compatible center water-feed polishers. After profiling, the edge can be polished with Alpha Ceramica EX polishing discs for the finished surface.
