Alpha® Ceramica Metal Diamond Polishing Pads are flexible wet polishing pads designed for preparing harder natural stone, including granite. They also prepare engineered stone and compatible porcelain slabs, providing aggressive cutting before finer-grit polishing and final finishing.
Ceramica Metal combines the hardness and aggressiveness of metal bond diamonds with the flexibility of resin bond pads. This construction removes material more aggressively than standard resin bond polishing discs while retaining the flexibility needed for detailed surface preparation.
The flexible construction allows these natural stone polishing pads to conform to internal corners, sink-opening rims, concave surfaces, profiles, and curved edges. They can also prepare curved or flat monument surfaces where controlled flexibility and strong cutting performance are required.
Ceramica Metal polishing pads are available in 60, 150, and 300 grits for progressive surface preparation. All sizes and grits use hook-and-loop backing and have a maximum operating speed of 4,000 RPM.
