The Alpha® 6" Guide Rail Carriage Assembly is designed for use with the PSC-150 Wet Stone Cutter and Alpha Guide Rail System. The carriage rides along the guide rail track to provide smooth, controlled movement for precise straight and miter cutting applications.
The carriage supports straight cutting as well as left- and right-side miter cutting with the PSC-150. Three included templates assist with positioning the stone cutter for each cutting configuration, allowing the setup to be changed based on the required cut.
For V-cut preparation, two PSC-150 and carriage setups can be positioned in opposite directions on the same guide rail to cut both mitered edges. A single cutter and carriage can also complete the process by making one miter cut and then repositioning the cutter for the second cut without relocating the guide rail.
The guide rail carriage system supports accurate edge preparation for laminated countertop and waterfall-edge applications. Its guided movement provides a controlled alternative to freehand miter cutting when preparing stone and other compatible countertop materials for precise edge assembly.
