About This Product
Complete Waterproof Shower System
wedi® Fundo® Shower Kits combine the primary components needed to build a waterproof tiled shower with a center or off-center point drain. Each kit pairs a Fundo shower base with wedi Building Panels, drain components, curb, sealant, fasteners, and waterproofing accessories so the shower floor and walls can be built as one coordinated system.
Pre-Sloped Fundo Shower Base and Point Drain
The included Fundo shower base provides a pre-sloped, tile-ready foundation for the shower floor and connects to the included Fundo Click and Seal® point drain. Base sizes range from 36" × 36" through 48" × 72", with center-drain configurations available throughout the range and an off-center drain configuration available for the 36" × 72" base. A stainless steel Fundo drain cover is included with each kit.
Waterproof Shower Walls up to 80" High
Each kit includes wedi Building Panels to cover three shower walls consisting of one long wall and two short walls up to 80" high. The panels integrate with the Fundo shower base to create a continuous waterproof substrate for tile throughout the shower enclosure.
Included Waterproofing and Installation Components
The system includes wedi Joint Sealant and a Fastener Kit with 100 screws and washers for assembling and sealing the shower components. A Fundo Shower Curb Lean is included at the shower entrance, along with a Corner Putty Knife and either wedi Subliner Dry or S-DRY waterproofing components for the mixing valve and pipe penetrations.
