Waterproof Shower Entry Curb
wedi® Full Shower Curbs provide a waterproof, tile-ready transition at shower entrances and can be installed with wedi Fundo® shower bases or conventional mortar bed systems. The curbs are slightly sloped to direct water toward the shower drain.
Classic and Anchor Track Options
The Classic curb provides wedi’s standard solid foam construction, while the Anchor Track model includes an integrated, centered solid PVC track for safely fastening glass door or panel hardware into the curb. Epoxy adhesive is recommended instead of screw fasteners when attaching hardware to the Classic solid foam curb.
Installation with wedi Shower Systems
Full Shower Curbs install using thinset mortar at the floor and wedi® Joint Sealant at connections to the shower base and adjacent surfaces. Once tiled, the curbs support a minimum load of 280 lbs. per linear foot.
