Product Information
Alpha® EZ Click Screw Caps are reusable tile leveling caps for the EZ Click screw-based Tile Leveling System. They work with Alpha EZ Click Linear, X Joint, and T Joint Base Screws to apply leveling pressure across adjoining tiles during floor and wall installations. The required base screws are sold separately.
Each leveling cap threads onto the selected base screw and tightens by hand without requiring leveling pliers or another tightening tool. Tightening applies pressure across the adjoining tiles to improve surface alignment while the setting material cures. Grout-joint spacing is determined by the EZ Click Base Screw used with the cap.
After the breakaway base has been removed, the cap's integrated unlocking mechanism ejects the remaining screw. This eliminates manually unscrewing the broken base before the cap can be used again. The contact edge is also designed to clear small debris and residue during tightening to help reduce the risk of scratching the tile surface.
Each package contains 50 reusable EZ Click Tile Leveling Caps. Alpha rates each cap for more than 500 uses, allowing the same caps to be used repeatedly across multiple tile installations when properly maintained.
