Screw-Based Tile Leveling and Grout Joint Spacing

The Alpha® EZ Click Linear Joint Base Screws are tile leveling components that help level adjacent tiles while establishing a consistent grout joint. Used with Alpha® EZ Click Leveling Caps, the screw-based design supports tile thicknesses from 1/8" to 25/32" (3mm to 20mm).

Four Integrated Grout Joint Sizes

Base screws are available in 1/32" (1.0mm), 3/32" (2.0mm), 1/8" (3.0mm), and 5/32" (4.0mm) joint sizes. Each size uses a distinct color for easier identification: white for 1/32", yellow for 3/32", red for 1/8", and black for 5/32". Each package contains 200 base screws.

EZ Click Leveling System Removal

The EZ Click system allows the base screw to eject during removal without requiring the leveling cap to be manually unscrewed. The reusable EZ Click Leveling Cap works with each available Linear Joint Base Screw size, allowing installers to select the grout joint width needed for the tile installation.
