Product Information
Alpha® PVA QC 4" Quick Change Polishing Discs provide dry polishing for glass tile, marble, limestone, travertine, and stainless steel. The grit sequence progresses from 40 Extra Coarse through 600 Extra Fine for material removal, surface refinement, and final polishing.
Each PVA QC disc uses a Snail Lock connection that fits a compatible aluminum Snail Lock backer plate. The polishing pad twists into place and untwists for removal, allowing users to move through the grit sequence without more involved accessory changes.
The PVA QC system works with compatible low-speed polishing tools, including the Alpha® AWP-158 and AIR-680, and has a maximum operating speed of 4,000 RPM. The discs are well suited for baseboards, corners, countertop edges, and other detailed areas requiring controlled polishing.
In addition to stone and glass tile, PVA QC discs can polish stainless steel to a mirror-like finish. The clog-resistant PVA material also allows the 4" discs to remove paint without becoming quickly loaded with removed material.
