The Alpha® PSC-150 Guide Rail Carriage Assembly mounts the 6" PSC-150 Wet Stone Cutter to the Alpha Guide Rail System. The carriage follows the rail to maintain cutter alignment and controlled travel during precise straight and miter cutting applications.
Three included positioning templates configure the PSC-150 for straight cutting, left-side miter cutting, or right-side miter cutting. These templates allow the same carriage assembly to be adjusted for the required cutting direction.
For V-cut preparation, two PSC-150 and rail carriage setups can be positioned in opposite directions on the same guide rail. A single cutter and carriage can also make both opposing miter cuts by repositioning the cutter after the first cut without moving the guide rail.
The guided cutting setup helps prepare accurate mating edges for laminated countertops, waterfall edges, and book-matched installations. It provides a controlled alternative to freehand miter cutting when consistent edge alignment is critical to the finished assembly.
