Product Information
Alpha® Antique Brush Wheels create textured finishes on the edges and surfaces of engineered stone, quartz, and natural stone. Each brush wheel can be used on granite, bluestone, marble, and limestone to develop or refine the desired surface texture.
Each nylon brush wheel is made with TYNEX® A abrasive nylon filament for consistent stone texturing. This specialized construction supports controlled surface refinement as the material progresses from coarser texturing to finer finishing stages.
Both wheel sizes are available in #24, #36, #60, #120, #240, and #320 grits. The range allows users to progress from initial texturing through increasingly fine surface refinement with the appropriate grit for each stage.
The wheels use a Snail Lock connection and mount to compatible equipment through the appropriate 5/8"-11 adapter. All sizes and grits have a maximum operating speed of 4,000 RPM and fit many popular edge polishing machines, handheld sanders, and polishers that meet the mounting and speed requirements.
