Moldex® Instant House Wash

The product was easy to set up with a hose. Application was easy. We left it on for 15 minutes and even though it was working without scrubbing , we wiped the area with a car windshield squeegee scrubber. The siding looks like new.

This stuff is amazing!!! Not only did it easily get off the green moss stains off the side of my parents house, that has been there for years. There was moss/algea growing on the roof. Bright green. Ugly and unsightly. Cost $500 to remove professionally a few years ago….i sprayed this stuff on the roof…from down on the lawn (so it does easily reach the 2nd story). And it turned the bright green moss brown, and I was able to get it off. Awesome stuff. So glad I found it

I tried so many different products and this moldex is great. It actually works great and killed all the mold off the north side of my house. I ordered more to see how it's work on my patio and pvc fence.

This cleans as well as any chlorine house wash. The but is that some other brands have a spray setting, in my opinion the spray setting covers an area much faster and more completely than the stream only this brand has. But, it’s also a little cheaper than the other brands which is why I tried it. Unless they add a spray option to go with the stream I probably won’t purchase again.

I was skeptical when I purchased this cleaner but when I say impressive, I mean really an impressive cleaner. I wish I took before and after pictures of the back of my house for this review. I used a bottle on my deck to clean all the pollen off and the back of my house where there was algae starting to build up. This is a strong cleaner so wear clothes you don’t mind messing up. This is a 5-star cleaner, you don’t even need to use a pressure washer. Just apply and rinse.
