Full Bullnose Profiles for Stone and Porcelain
Alpha® Profiler V-Series full bullnose diamond wheels create professional rounded edge profiles on granite, engineered stone, marble, limestone, concrete, crystallized glass, porcelain slabs, and porcelain pavers. Five models accommodate material thicknesses from 3/4" (2cm) through 2-3/8" (6cm).
No Slab Calibration for Seamed Pieces
Natural and manufactured slabs do not always match their specified thickness, which can complicate countertop seams and other multi-piece fabrication work. The V-Series creates the bullnose profile without requiring the thicker slab to be calibrated to match adjoining pieces, reducing a time-consuming preparation step.
Guided Edge Uniformity
A nylon guide remains against the material surface to help prevent the Profiler from dipping, while the rotary toucher controls grinding depth. Together, these components help the bullnose profile wheel maintain a straight, uniform edge throughout the profiling process.
Center Water-Feed Polisher Compatibility
Each bullnose diamond grinding wheel has a 5/8"-11 female thread and internal water passage holes for compatible center water-feed polishers, including the Alpha AWP-158 and VSP-320. The PFV201, PFV301, and PFV401 models are rated for a maximum of 3,500 RPM, while the larger PFV501 and PFV601 models are rated for 6,000 RPM.
