Product Information
The IMER® Combicut 250-1000VA is an overhead bridge tile saw built for accurate straight, plunge, and miter cutting. Its rigid rail guides the cutting head smoothly across the material, providing a 37" straight-cut capacity, 40" plunge capacity, and 3.75" maximum cutting depth.
A 1.75 HP motor drives the included 10" continuous-rim porcelain blade at 2,800 RPM for consistent ceramic and porcelain tile cutting. The integrated laser helps align the cut, while the included 180-degree protractor provides controlled positioning for repeatable angled and miter cuts.
The wet cutting system combines a 12-gallon removable poly water pan, internal baffle, high-flow 3 GPM pump, and adjustable water valve for controlled blade cooling. A folding stand with wheel kit and an included side table create a well-equipped portable tile saw station for professional projects.
Common Questions
The saw is configured for tile cutting and includes a 10" continuous-rim porcelain blade, making it suitable for ceramic and porcelain tile within its rated capacities. Other compatible materials require an appropriate 10" blade with a 5/8" arbor and use that follows the blade manufacturer's requirements.
The Combicut 250-1000VA makes straight cuts up to 37" and extends to 40" when using its plunge-cutting capability. Maximum cutting depth is 3.75". This capacity allows the bridge saw to handle mid-size tile and thicker pieces while retaining controlled overhead cutting.
Yes. The overhead rail system supports straight, plunge, and accurate miter cuts. An integrated laser guide helps establish cut alignment, while the included 180-degree protractor positions material for angled cuts. These features provide visual guidance and repeatable positioning for professional tile-cutting tasks.
A 1.75 HP, 120V motor drives the 10" blade at 2,800 RPM. This combination provides consistent cutting power for the saw's rated ceramic and porcelain tile applications. The machine should be connected to an appropriate electrical supply using an extension cord that meets IMER's requirements.
The wet saw uses a 12-gallon removable poly water pan, high-flow 3 GPM pump, and adjustable water valve. A built-in baffle helps manage water within the pan, while the valve lets the operator control water mist and maintain cooling at the blade during cutting.
The saw includes a 10" continuous-rim porcelain blade, folding stand with wheel kit, side table, 180-degree protractor, laser guide, high-flow water pump, adjustable water valve, and removable poly water pan with baffle. It arrives assembled, with only two bolts required for the stand.
The integrated wheel kit helps reposition the rail saw around the jobsite, while the folding stand supports storage and transportation between projects. The assembled saw measures 55" long × 24" high × 25" wide, so vehicle space and handling requirements should be considered before moving it.
