HMK® S748 Stain Protection Premium Color is a ready-to-use, solvent-based oleophobic impregnator that significantly enriches the natural color and structure of absorbent stone. It penetrates below the surface to reduce water, dirt, oil, and grease entry, helping reduce staining and making regular cleaning easier without leaving a topical coating.
Protection for Polished, Honed and Textured Stone
The formula works on absorbent polished, honed, and textured natural stone, artificial stone, and terrazzo. It provides interior and exterior protection for materials such as marble, limestone, travertine, granite, gneiss, Solnhofen slabs, and agglomerate marble.
Breathable Protection with Long-Term Performance
HMK S748 does not yellow with age and only slightly affects the material's natural water-vapor diffusion. The treatment generally lasts several years, can be renewed when necessary, and is approved for use with foodstuffs under the German LFGB standard once dry.
