About This Product
Color-Enhancing Protection for Unglazed Tile and Pavers
HMK® P330 Terracotta Oil is a specially modified paraffin oil formulated to protect unglazed terra cotta, Mexican pavers, clay tile, brick pavers, and honed limestone. It penetrates deep into the surface to enhance the natural color while leaving a matte finish.
Durable Interior Surface Protection
P330 helps protect treated surfaces from dirt and stains while providing a scuff-resistant, slip-retardant finish. It is intended for interior applications only and should not be used on exterior installations or wet areas.
Required Follow-Up Treatment
For complete protection, HMK® P28 must be applied 24 to 48 hours after P330 application. Allow P330 to cure for 48 hours before applying P28 to achieve the recommended treatment system.
