HMK® P328 Terracotta Wax is a ready-to-use, solvent-based natural wax for unglazed terracotta, brick pavers, and clay tile. Special additives give treated surfaces an antique, rustic appearance that complements the natural character of interior clay installations.
Protective Care for Unglazed Clay Surfaces
The wax reduces water and dirt penetration, helping treated surfaces remain easier to clean and more durable. It provides practical protection while preserving the distinctive appearance and texture of terracotta, brick, and clay tile.
Ready-to-Use Interior Wax Treatment
P328 applies without mixing or dilution and can be buffed by hand or with suitable polishing equipment after drying. It is designed for dry interior surfaces and works with HMK® P326 Terracotta Care as part of an ongoing maintenance system.

Shake the product well, then apply it thinly and evenly using a suitable application brush, white terry cloth, or soft brush. Rub it in gently and allow it to dry before buffing by hand or with suitable polishing equipment. Very absorbent surfaces may require another treatment.

Allow HMK® P328 to cure for 24 to 48 hours before applying HMK® P326 Terracotta Care. P326 can help blend unevenness in the wax finish.
