Self-Glossing Care for Terracotta, Brick, and Clay Tile
HMK® P326 Terracotta Care is a modified water-based acrylic conditioner and maintenance sealer/cleaner for unglazed terracotta, brick pavers, and clay tiled floors. It enriches the natural color and texture of the surface while producing a brilliant silky shine without the need for polishing.
Protective Maintenance for Interior Floors
Regular application develops a protective film that helps reduce water and dirt penetration while improving resistance to everyday wear. The protective layer makes textured and rough surfaces easier to maintain and more resilient in high-traffic interior areas.
Surface Preparation and Compatible Treatments
Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry before application, with a maximum residual moisture content of 2–4%. If underfloor heating is installed, switch it off and allow the surface to cool before treatment. When used with HMK® P328, allow P328 to cure for 48 hours before applying P326 to blend any unevenness in the finish. The protective film can later be removed and refreshed using HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner.
