GURUĀ® W-S Band is a waterproofing tape designed to reinforce seams, floor-to-wall transitions, and changes of plane within tile waterproofing systems. Manufactured from the same 20-mil material as GURU W-S Membrane, it helps maintain continuous waterproof protection throughout the installation.
W-S Band integrates with GURU W-S waterproofing systems for reinforcing joints and transitions in showers, steam rooms, balconies, terraces, and other wet-area installations. Its low-permeability construction helps resist moisture penetration while maintaining system continuity.
Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, GURU W-S Band is designed for use anywhere waterproof seams or changes of plane require reinforcement. It meets ANSI A118.10 and ANSI A118.12 requirements for waterproofing and crack isolation systems and complies with TCNA, UPC, and Canadian Plumbing Code requirements.
