The GRABO OTTOVAC is a portable electric GRABO vacuum lifter engineered for lifting and moving smooth, flat, and non-porous materials including glass and ceramic tile. The unit operates with a built-in electric pump and pressure sensor system that automatically maintains vacuum levels without manual pumping.
When the vacuum level reaches approximately -55 kPa, the pump automatically pauses and re-engages if pressure drops during material handling. This automatic start/stop function helps maintain consistent holding force while reducing unnecessary battery consumption. The system can achieve a maximum vacuum rate of -0.7 bar (-70 kPa) and supports lifting capacities up to 330 lbs (150 kg) depending on material type and lifting orientation.
Unlike manual suction devices, this GRABO tool continuously monitors vacuum pressure during use. If suction decreases while material is in motion, the system automatically restores vacuum to maintain secure lifting. The electric release function allows material to be disengaged at the push of a button.
