Square Drain Riser for Ebbe Shower Drain Covers
The Ebbe® Square Drain Riser is the required mounting base for all Ebbe PRO and Ebbe UNIQUE shower drain covers. Its square cover seat supports a clean tiled shower drain installation while allowing compatible PRO and UNIQUE covers to be interchanged without replacing the riser.
Straight Tile Cuts and Frameless Installation
The square shape allows straight tile cuts around the drain opening, eliminating the need to cut or grind tile around a circular riser. A tapered upper perimeter creates a frameless finished appearance, while undercut grout-locking features anchor the riser within the surrounding grout and mortar.
2" Threaded Shower Drain Riser
Molded from black ABS, the riser uses a 2" straight pipe thread designed to fit many common residential drain bodies. Compatible manufacturers include Sioux Chief, Plastic Oddities, IPS, Jones Stephens, Frank Pattern, Thunderbird, Oatey, Pasco Specialty, and ProFlow. Additional drain configurations can be accommodated with compatible Ebbe adapters.
Hair Trap and Construction Plug Included
Each Square Drain Riser includes an Ebbe Hair Trap and Construction Plug. The hair trap captures hair and debris beneath the drain cover, while the Construction Plug protects the opening, maintains the riser’s shape, and forms the surrounding grout for proper cover installation and removal. The decorative drain cover is sold separately.
