Product Information
BLUE BEAR® Concrete Form Release 800GP is a high-yield concentrated form release designed for general concrete construction with an emphasis on wood forms. The biodegradable formula contains no petroleum distillates, leaves a paintable concrete surface, and produces clean form release while capturing fine surface detail.
Concrete Form Release 800GP provides clean release on wood, metal, plastic, styrene, urethane, and fiberglass forms. Its excellent wettability helps produce consistent coverage with little to no dusting while reducing form sticking during concrete placement.
The concentrate mixes at a 1:20 ratio with clean water and can be applied using conventional methods, with spray application recommended for best results. Properly seasoning new forms and allowing the product to dry before concrete placement helps maximize release performance and surface detail.
Depending on container size, the diluted solution covers from 625 to 12,500 square feet. Any overspray or spills clean up easily with water, and the product should be applied only to dry forms at temperatures above 32°F (0°C).
