About This Product

Flush Cutting Diamond Blade for Granite and Engineered Stone

The Alpha® Vortex is an aggressive diamond blade for cutting granite and engineered stone, with a design focused on flush cutting applications. Dual side protection segments reinforce both sides of the blade while supporting straight, controlled cuts and chip-free cutting on demanding stone fabrication work.

Dual Side Protection for Strength and Cutting Control

Protection segments on both sides of the blade increase strength and durability while helping the blade track straight through the material. The reinforced design gives stone fabricators a blade suited for fast, efficient cutting where flush access and cut quality are important.

Wet or Dry Cutting with High-Speed Angle Grinders

The Vortex can be operated wet or dry and is available in 4" and 5" diameters. Both sizes use a 20mm Quad Drive arbor and require Quad Drive compatibility for use with a high-speed angle grinder. The 4" blade is rated up to 14,500 RPM, while the 5" blade is rated up to 12,200 RPM.
