Its optimized diamond grit and layer arrangement provides consistent grinding performance and long service life while allowing the wheel to be used flat for greater surface coverage.
Rust, Paint, Epoxy and Adhesive Removal
Vextra removes rust, burrs, mill scale, and paint from metal surfaces while resisting clogging during grinding. It also works well for removing epoxy, glues, and adhesives, making it suitable for surface preparation and material removal applications where conventional abrasives can load up or require frequent replacement.
Reduced Vibration and Grinding Noise
The sandwich construction incorporates rubber to reduce disc weight, vibration, and noise during operation. This design helps reduce operator fatigue while maintaining aggressive grinding performance and eliminates downtime associated with frequent abrasive changes.
