About This Product

Diamond Blades for Metal and Composite Materials

The Alpha® Ultracut GPM Series is a high-performance diamond blade designed for building contractors and fabricators cutting metal, composite materials, and other demanding materials. The blade maintains excellent cutting performance at maximum cutting depth throughout its service life, reducing blade changes across varied cutting applications.

Metal, Masonry, Stone and Composite Cutting

The Ultracut GPM Series cuts angle iron, pipe, electrical conduit, rebar, metal studs, structural metal, sheet metal, grid, stainless steel, wood, plastics, composite materials, masonry, and concrete. It can also cut marble, limestone, and engineered stone and quartz surfaces, providing one blade for a broad range of jobsite and fabrication materials.

Galvanized Steel and Metal Roofing Applications

For roofing applications, the GPM Series can cut galvanized steel roofing sheets and corrugated granite-granule-coated metal roof tile. It provides an alternative to carbide blades where carbide tip loss, compression marks, and burning of painted surfaces can create problems during demanding metal cuts.

Compatibility with Hand-Held Power Tools

The GPM Series is designed for use with popular hand-held electric power tools, including angle grinders, stone cutters, circular saws, and worm-drive saws. Available 4" and 4-1/2" blade configurations provide arbor options and maximum RPM ratings suited to compatible tools.
