Bullnose and Straight Edge Polishing
Twincur EB is designed for full bullnose edge polishing on engineered stone and quartz surfaces. The discs can also be used for straight edge polishing when the automated polishing machine's micro-oscillating function is enabled, allowing the same abrasive system to support multiple edge treatments.
Snail Lock Compatibility for Automated Polishers
Each Twincur EB disc uses a snail lock connection for installation on compatible automated edge polishing equipment. The series is available in 4", 5", and 6" diameters and works with single-head and multiple-head machines, giving fabricators multiple configurations for their polishing equipment.
Five-Grit Resin Polishing Sequence
The Twincur EB series is available in 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 grit resin-bond discs for progressive edge polishing.
