The Alpha® Silencer III is a specialty diamond blade for cutting porcelain and crystallized glass on bridge and table saws. Its diamond formulation is designed for fast, chip-free cutting while maintaining cut quality across demanding fabrication work.
Noise-Reducing Laminated Blade Core
The Silencer III uses a laminated core constructed from two hardened steel sheets with a thin copper sheet positioned between them. This core construction dissipates the high noise levels commonly produced while cutting porcelain, reducing operating noise without sacrificing cutting performance.
60mm Arbor with 50mm Adapter
The blade is equipped with a 60mm arbor and includes a 50mm adapter for compatibility with additional bridge saw configurations. Both the 14" and 16" models are intended for bridge saw use, allowing fabricators to select the blade diameter and operating speed appropriate for their equipment.
