Product Information
Alpha® PVA VP Style Polishing Discs are high-speed dry polishing discs designed for softer stone, marble, limestone, travertine, granite, aluminum, and stainless steel. On stainless steel, the system can produce a semi-mirror finish while providing fast material refinement without requiring water.
Each disc combines silicon carbide abrasive with a polyvinyl alcohol bond for fast polishing and long service life. The 4-1/2" discs are designed to resist clogging and can also be used for applications such as paint, rust, and coating removal.
The 4-1/2" PVA VP Style range includes 40, 80, 220, 400, and 600 grit options, progressing from extra coarse through extra fine. The grit range supports material removal, surface refinement, and progressive polishing across stone, metal, ceramic, wood, and other compatible materials.
These variants feature a 5/8"-11 disposable zinc hub for direct attachment to compatible polishers, sanders, and grinders. Each 4-1/2" disc is 3/8" thick and rated for a maximum speed of 13,200 RPM.
