Product Information
Alpha® Kirara Pads are designed to restore and maintain the polish of marble, limestone, and concrete surfaces using a maximum of three steps. The system uses Position 1, Position 2, and Position 3 pads to produce fast, consistent results without requiring final polishing pads, acidic polishing powders, or polishing chemicals.
Kirara Pads are designed for wet polishing while requiring only a small amount of water. A lightly wetted surface can provide enough cooling at the cutting edge, allowing the pads to be used with a standard polisher and spray bottle or with a dual-action sander and water spray gun.
The pads are particularly suited for difficult-to-polish marble and limestone, including Nero Maquina black marble, as well as concrete countertops that are considerably softer than many stones used in commercial applications. The three-step system restores surface polish while simplifying the maintenance process.
Kirara Pads feature hook-and-loop backing and can be mounted to common driver pads for use with floor buffers operating at 175 or 300 rpm. Floor applications require a minimum of three Kirara Pads per driver pad, while four or more may be installed on larger driver pads. The 4" pads can also be used individually with standard polishing machines and have a maximum operating speed of 4,000 rpm.
