About This Product

Point-of-Use Air Filtration and Pressure Regulation

The Alpha® Filter/Regulator Manifold System protects pneumatic tools from rust, contamination, and other debris carried through shop air piping and connections. Installed at the point of use, the system combines air filtration and pressure regulation with a manifold for connecting pneumatic tools to the existing compressed air supply.

Pressure Control for High Air Demand

The Filter/Regulator helps prevent pressure drops when pneumatic tools require a large volume of air. This allows tool pressure to be set at 85 PSI while the main compressed air system operates at 125 PSI, supporting consistent air delivery and pneumatic tool performance.

53 CFM and 106 CFM Manifold Configurations

The system is available in 53 CFM and 106 CFM configurations with 3/8", 1/2", or 3/4" NPT connections depending on the selected model. Each configuration includes a Filter/Regulator, relief valve, adapter blocks, T-clamps, couplers, and multiple female NPT plugs for connecting pneumatic tools.

High-Flow Quick-Disconnect Compatibility

The supplied couplers are interchangeable with compatible high-flow connections from Milton, Truflate, Flexilla, Primefit, Amflo, Camel, and Campbell Hausfeld. Plugs are interchangeable with compatible Milton V Style, Truflate Hi-Flo, Flexilla High-Flow, and Primefit HF connections, allowing the manifold system to integrate with a range of existing shop air setups.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Alpha Filter/Regulator Manifold System do?

The system filters contaminants from the compressed air supply, regulates air pressure, and distributes air to connected pneumatic tools. It is designed to help protect tools and reduce pressure drops during high air demand.

What is the difference between the 53 CFM and 106 CFM systems?

The 53 CFM models use a 3/8" Filter/Regulator system and are available with 3/8" or 1/2" NPT connections. The 106 CFM models use a 1/2" Filter/Regulator system and are available with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT connections.

Where is the Filter/Regulator Manifold System installed?

The system is designed for point-of-use installation and can be adapted to existing shop compressed air piping.

How does the system help maintain pneumatic tool pressure?

The Filter/Regulator helps reduce pressure drops during high-volume air use, allowing pneumatic tools to be set at 85 PSI while the main compressed air system operates at 125 PSI.

What connections are included with the 53 CFM models?

The 53 CFM systems include three 1/4" female NPT plugs along with the Filter/Regulator, relief valve, adapter blocks, T-clamps, and couplers.

What connections are included with the 106 CFM models?

The 106 CFM systems include three 1/4" female NPT plugs and one 3/8" female NPT plug along with the Filter/Regulator, relief valve, adapter blocks, T-clamps, and couplers.

Are the quick-disconnect couplers compatible with other brands?

Yes. The couplers are interchangeable with specified styles from Milton, Truflate, Flexilla, Primefit, Amflo, Camel, and Campbell Hausfeld. Plug compatibility includes specified styles from Milton, Truflate, Flexilla, and Primefit.
