Portable Miter Cutting System for Stone and Slabs
The Alpha® ESC-150 / ESC-250 Miter Cutting Kit is a portable cutting system for producing precise straight and miter cuts in granite, quartz surfaces, marble, limestone, concrete, sintered slabs, porcelain slabs, and pavers. Each kit includes two ESC-series wet/dry stone cutters with powerful 1200W motors, two 6" Eclipse II blades, two carriage assemblies, three guide rails, and surface protection tape for a complete rail-guided cutting setup.
Precise Miter Cuts for Lamination
The 6" Carriage Assembly (ASC-6CSM) supports straight cutting as well as left- and right-side miter cutting using three included positioning templates. With two cutter and carriage assemblies positioned in opposite directions on the same guide rail, both sides of a V-cut can be completed for lamination preparation. A single cutter setup can also produce both cuts by repositioning the cutter after the first pass without relocating the guide rail.
Stone, Quartz and Porcelain Cutting Applications
The system is built for fabrication work including laminated waterfall edges, book matching, pool copings, step treads, risers, and wall and pillar caps. The 6" cutting system provides up to 2" cutting depth, while the rail-guided setup reduces repeated positioning and setup time when preparing accurate cuts for lamination.
