Bullnose Edge Profiling and Polishing for Tile and Stone
The Alpha® Eased Edge/Tile Bullnose Kit provides the tools needed to create a bullnose edge on tile or stone and polish the finished edge to a factory-quality appearance. The hand-held system combines edge profiling and progressive polishing into one kit for completing finished edges without sending material to a fabrication shop.
Variable-Speed Wet Polisher and Demi-Bullnose Profiler
The kit includes an Alpha VSP-320 variable-speed wet polisher with an 800W motor, 700–2,500 RPM speed range, and 5/8"-11 spindle. A Profiler B 3/8" demi-bullnose profiler is included for shaping the edge before progressing through the polishing process.
Five-Step Ceramica EX Polishing System
Five 4" Ceramica EX polishing discs are included in #200, #500, #1000, #2000, and #3000 grits for progressively refining the profiled edge. The kit also includes a 4" flexible backer pad, waterproof sleeveless apron, VSP-320 standard accessories, and an instructional demonstration DVD.
