Restore Dull 4" to 6" Diamond Blades
The Alpha® Diamond Blade Re-Dressing Tool restores dull cutting edges on 4" to 6" diamond blades using an angle grinder. Re-dressing exposes fresh diamond at the cutting edge, allowing compatible small-diameter blades to be serviced instead of discarded simply because the cutting edge has become dull.
Compatible with Small Angle Grinders
The 5" re-dressing tool features a 5/8"-11 arbor and can be used with small angle grinders up to 6". Its design helps prevent kickback during operation for safer, easier control while re-dressing diamond blade cutting edges.
HEPA Vacuum Dust Control
When connected to a HEPA vacuum, the tool can provide a virtually dust-free re-dressing process that minimizes silica exposure. This allows blade maintenance to be performed with substantially better dust control than an uncontained grinding process.
Three Grinding Wheels for Blade Maintenance
The tool includes a 3-pack of grinding wheels capable of re-dressing approximately 30 to 50 dull diamond blades. Alpha identifies it as the only re-dressing tool available specifically for small-diameter diamond blades.
