Product Information
The Alpha® Black Belt Rail Saw is a professional wet rail saw for cutting ceramic, porcelain, glass panels, and other compatible materials. Its rugged aluminum table chassis provides a stable cutting platform, while stainless steel head rails and adjustable armored ball bearings support smooth, precise movement of the cutting head.
The saw provides rip cuts up to 51" (130 cm) and diagonal cuts up to 33" (84 cm) for handling large format tile and panels. A mechanical vertical tilting system provides cutting depth adjustment, while the side-tilting cutting system allows cuts up to 45° for miter applications. Maximum cutting depth is 2-1/4" in a single pass or 3-3/8" using a step cut.
A 115V, 9.6A, 2 HP (1.5 kW) direct drive motor operates at 3,500 RPM and accepts both 10" and 12" blades with 1" or 60 mm arbors. This blade compatibility provides flexibility for different cutting depths and material requirements without changing saw platforms.
A maintenance-free magnetic-induction water pump supplies water to both sides of the blade during wet cutting. Front, rear, and bilateral blade guards reduce blade exposure and water splash, while retractable legs with a fall-protection device, table handles, and heavy-duty wheels support transportation and setup on the jobsite.
