Product Information
The Alpha® Black Belt BBS-012 Rail Saw is a professional wet bridge tile saw for ceramic, porcelain, glass panels, and other compatible materials. Its rugged aluminum table chassis provides a stable cutting platform, while stainless steel rails and adjustable armored ball bearings guide the bridge saw head with smooth, precise movement.
The bridge tile saw makes rip cuts up to 51" (130 cm) and diagonal cuts up to 33" (84 cm) for large-format tile and panels. A mechanical vertical tilting system adjusts the cutting depth, while the side-tilting head supports angles up to 45° for miter work. Maximum cutting depth is 2-1/4" in one pass or 3-3/8" with a step cut.
The 115V, 60 Hz, 9.6A direct-drive motor produces 2 HP (1.5 kW) and operates at 3,500 RPM. The saw accepts 10" and 12" blades with either 1" or 60mm arbors, providing options for different cutting depths and compatible materials.
A maintenance-free magnetic-induction pump supplies water to both sides of the blade during wet cutting. Front, rear, and bilateral blade guards reduce blade exposure and water splash. Retractable legs with fall protection, table handles, and heavy-duty wheels simplify moving and setting up the wet bridge saw between work areas.
