GURU Water-Stop Waterproofing Membrane is a bonded sheet waterproofing membrane designed for shower waterproofing, tile waterproofing, and crack isolation in wall and floor tile installations. This waterproof membrane for showers meets ANSI A118.10 (IAPMO File 9205) and ANSI A118.12 (IAPMO File 9990) requirements and is accepted by IAPMO for use in residential and commercial applications.
Built as a highly flexible, low-perm, multi-layer steam barrier, this tile waterproofing membrane is 20 mil thick and installs beneath ceramic and natural stone tile. It provides long-term moisture protection and in-plane crack isolation, making it ideal for bathroom waterproofing, steam showers, and high-moisture environments in both new construction and renovation projects.
