Wi-Fi Control for Electric Floor Heating
The SunTouch® SunStat® ConnectPlus™ is a Wi-Fi programmable touchscreen thermostat for controlling 120 V and 240 V electric floor heating systems. Remote access through the Watts Home mobile app allows floor heating settings and schedules to be managed from compatible iOS and Android devices.
Voice Control and Weather-Based Heating
ConnectPlus works with Alexa and Hey Google for voice control and provides automatic clock setting and current outdoor temperature information through its connected features. Weather compensation adjusts floor heating operation based on outdoor conditions, while warm weather shut down prevents unnecessary heating when temperatures rise.
Floor and Air Temperature Control
The thermostat can control heating from the included floor sensor or operate using air temperature. It can also control floor temperature while limiting it to help prevent the space from overheating. A 4.3" touchscreen provides scheduling, energy-use monitoring, diagnostic information, and portrait or landscape display options.
Built-In GFCI and Heating System Monitoring
A built-in relay controls loads up to 15 A, providing up to 1800 W at 120 V or 3600 W at 240 V. Class A GFCI protection is built in, along with voltage-level detection, amperage monitoring, overcurrent sensing, and a diagnostic screen for system information.
Wireless SunStat Accessory Compatibility
Built-in 915 MHz wireless technology supports connection to optional SunStat equipment, including the SunStat Relay R4 and ConnectPlus Smart Sensor. The R4 Relay can also be connected by wire when additional system control is required.
