Product Information
The BARWALT® PLS Revolve™ Tile Leveling System helps reduce lippage and maintain consistent grout joints while thinset cures. Designed for wall and floor tile up to 19 mm thick, the system uses spacer bases and reusable threaded caps to keep adjoining tile surfaces aligned.
The threaded caps tighten by hand without requiring separate leveling pliers. After the thinset has dried, strike the spacer in line with the grout joint using a rubber mallet to break away the base, then retain the cap for future installations.
PLS Revolve spacer bases, also called tile leveling clips, are available for 1/16" and 1/8" grout joints. Spacer bases and reusable caps are sold separately, allowing installers to select the spacing and quantities required for each project.
Spacer bases and caps are available in resealable bags of 100. Bulk spacer bases are packaged in boxes of 1,000, while reusable caps are available in 500-piece boxes. BARWALT Anti-Scratch Disks (DSPIN100), sold separately, can be placed beneath the caps to help protect tile surfaces from scratches and marks.
