Miracle SealantsĀ® 511 Impregnator is a professional-grade penetrating sealer formulated to protect natural stone, grout, tile, concrete, and masonry from water, stains, alkalis, salt intrusion, and freeze/thaw damage. Its polymerized silicone formula penetrates below the surface to create long-lasting protection without forming a surface coating.
Invisible Barrier that Maintains the Natural Appearance
Unlike topical coatings, 511 Impregnator forms an invisible moisture- and stain-resistant barrier while allowing moisture vapor to escape. It preserves the natural appearance of treated surfaces, although the oil-based formula may slightly darken some materials. The treated surface becomes harder and less slippery after application.
Suitable for Interior and Exterior Surfaces
Designed for medium to dense porous materials, 511 Impregnator can be used on marble, granite, travertine, slate, quartz, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, grout, terrazzo, concrete, brick, stucco, and other masonry surfaces. It performs well in residential and commercial environments including kitchens, bathrooms, countertops, patios, pool decks, restaurants, hotels, and retail spaces.
Long-Lasting Weather and Stain Resistance
