Product Information
The Raimondi Gladiator 105 is a professional wet bridge tile saw for porcelain, granite, marble, ceramic, brick, cement, and other compatible materials. Raimondi lists the current model as the Pikus 105 Advanced. Its 41-3/8" straight capacity and 29" diagonal capacity support larger tile and fabrication work.
The adjustable motor assembly cuts material up to 3-1/8" thick in one pass or 6" using two passes. It tilts from 0° to 45° for bevel cutting, providing flexibility across different materials and finished-edge applications.
The 1.5 HP belt-driven motor uses a Poly-V system to optimize torque and cutting capacity. The motor assembly travels along an extruded aluminum rail on four readjustable pulleys with double bearings, while a readjustable square helps maintain long-term precision.
A heavy-duty water pump supplies two adjustable jets for effective blade cooling. The removable 10-gallon polypropylene basin simplifies cleaning, while telescopic safety legs and the included wheel kit support easier jobsite setup and transportation.
Common Questions
The saw provides a maximum straight cutting length of 41-3/8". It can also make diagonal cuts on tile measuring up to approximately 29" × 29".
The saw cuts material up to 3-1/8" thick in a single pass. Its adjustable cutting depth also allows material up to 6" thick to be cut using two passes.
The saw is designed for granite, marble, porcelain, ceramic tile, brick, cement, and similar compatible materials. The appropriate diamond blade should be selected for the material being cut.
Yes. The motor assembly tilts from 0° to 45° for bevel cutting, and the cutting depth is adjustable. This supports straight, angled, and finished-edge applications.
The saw accepts blades from 9" to 10" in diameter and has a 5/8" arbor. The supplied 10" porcelain blade has a 1" arbor, and the required reducer is included.
The Gladiator 105 uses a 1.5 HP, 110V belt-driven motor operating at 3,360 RPM. The Poly-V drive produces a listed blade speed of 2,400 RPM.
A heavy-duty water pump supplies two adjustable jet nozzles that can be mounted at the front or rear. The removable polypropylene water basin holds approximately 10 gallons.
The package includes a 10" porcelain diamond blade, blade reducer, transport wheel kit, key kit, wrench, and manual. Telescopic legs are integrated into the saw and include a safety device to help prevent collapsing.
